Self installation was quick and easy with the help of a very friendly voice on the other end of the line. I am not sure my father is totally comfortable as yet with the system, but it gives me, his daughter, peace of mind in this era of self-isolation for the over 70s.

So far my mother and the family are impressed by the lifeline product and service. Setting up the device and testing was straightforward and my mother is very relieved to have this device and service to support her aim to remain independent for as long as possible. We all hope that everything continues along the highly positive trajectory.

So disappointing 1 set of equipment faulty, replacement set faulty. Call handler was not a bit interested and have now chased 3 times over the past month and still awaiting the refund

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. I have been able to investigate this further and I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service team. Lifeline service was extremely prompt and the ordering procedure easy. Setting the unit up was straightforward and the testing of the unit took less than 10 minutes. I would like to compliment Julie who took us through all the tests patiently and professionally. Thank you. This unit is going to provide a huge peace of mind to our family. Highly recommended.

All installed safely and my mother was delighted that your team member who answered her test call spoke clearly and not too fast so she could understand what she was saying. The order arrived promptly the next day and my son installed it quickly. Your instructions were clear and easy to follow. She loves the wrist bracelet as it is so light she does not know she is wearing it. Thank you

We ordered it one day and received it the next! The website was very clear and easy to understand as to how it worked, how to set it up and the different price options. The fact it is water proof means my blind father don't take it off for the shower and lose it. It just stays on permanently.
