My first contact by telephone was extremely helpful and subsequent emails were conducted in a very friendly manner. I received the equipment at 09.30am on the day it was promised and am now happy to be connected to Lifeline. Thank you for all your help.

When considering a service for my elderly mother lifeline24 seemed to fit the criteria. The combination of the small pendant and intercom system work well. The service I received was fast efficient and very easy to complete. Setting up the base station was quick and easy assisted by friendly staff.

Extremely easy to set up. Mum is very happy using the alarm, feels much more happy that help is on hand if she should have an accident or need assistance.

The delivery of the actual equipment was very good which arrived on the stated day and time. The instructions to set up were quite clear. However, we have marked you down as when we pressed the Help button on the Monitor to check the Alarm was working ok and to do a test the person who spoke to us was very abrupt and was very keen to get off the call and was not receptive to answering any other questions we had which was disappointing. We hope should my Mother actually need to press the button to gain assistance at any time that the person who responds will be more friendly and sympathetic. Thank you.

Hi there, Thank you for your review! As discussed on the phone, our Care Team may cut the testing procedure as short as possible if there are a large number of actual alarm calls coming through. They prioritise the distress calls over the test calls. I can assure you that if your mother does need to press her alarm, they will handle this with patience and do everything they can to help her no matter how long this may take. Lifeline 24, is a caring and knowledgeable company that in setting up the equipment they stayed on the line to help with any minor problems. As I live on my own it gived me great confidence in knowing that should I need help, it is always available at the push of a button.

When I phoned the Lifeline to make an order, the adviser was very helpful and efficient. The equipment arrived on time the next morning. It was very easy to set up and the assistance given by phone was very good. I trod on the alarm the next morning and was immediately contacted by the office. They understood and just cancelled the call. My family find it very reassuring that I have a means of calling for help if I need it.

Always very calm and reassuring when my mum has had to use the panic button. I have been contacted within a few minutes and always very sympathetic and caring when explaining the problem. Has been a huge benefit to know that help is easily accessible.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mum found the set up assistance confusing and I too was not too impressed. We are still unsure if the system has been successfully set up. We got to the point where we had to pick up the phone but was instructed to wait until contact made. No further contact was made and as mum had already spoken to 3 different operators she did not want to try again. We are unsure whether we had to use the phone as another point of contact but nothing happened when we did pick up the phone. Since the box is situated in the kitchen and the only means of speaking to you is via the box how can an accident victim be reassured or give information if out of the room? As mum is a bit deaf and immobile this is a concern.

Goods arrived early. Took it all out the box, connected it up and spoke to the call centre 3 times in total. Very friendly and helpful. All in all a very simple and easy system to get started with.

I felt a bit disgruntled, I got my lifeline line the next day , should have been before ten. i rang or mu daughter rang at eleven., you said it had been. Left at my next door but no no given. My jdaughter tracked it down. He had told both people he couldn't,t find a no on any of the three bungalows, I have three wheels bins at the back entrance , all with my house no also a gate post too the front door with 102 on it, so why he couldn't,t find us, my front door bell is loud and play.s a tune, my daughter and I were both in , the Dr ahead just gone, any way we got it, as fake as I know it's up and running, another little grip you start off at 128 pounds a year up front, and it ends up 180 a lot of difference I am sure it will be explained eventually, I had spent most of the night on the floor, hence the life live, it's expensive, but not if you need it, hopefully not but there if I do Glen shreeve

Helpful staff dealing with phone queries. Delivery and set up ran like clockwork. Hope my mother never has cause to use in an emergency but my sister and I have great peace of mind to know that help is available at the push of a button.

I have had the alarm for nearly a year and have received friendly and helpful service. The alarm gives peace of mind to my family. I had no difficulty setting up the alarm (apart from needing to move some furniture to find a secure but easily accessible place for the alarm).
