“HAVING LOST MY WIFE 2 MONTH AGO I AND MY DAUGHTER WERE WORRIED IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO ME AT HOME.SINCE PURCHACING YOUR ALARM SYSTEM AND KEY SAFE ALL THESE WORRIES HAVE NOW GONE KNOWING HELP IS AVAILABLE AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON.”

“Unfortunately, my mother never got to use the alarm because her health deteriorated quickly and she never left hospital. The alarm never came out of the packaging and has been returned. I await my refund”

“We set this up for my nan. We have found the staff very helpful and friendly. If we have had any queries or issues they have been very efficient, cannot fault their customer care service. The pendant gives the family and my nan peace of mind and it was so very easy to install and work.”

“So far all seems to be working well. Set-up required some reorganisation of the plugs around my computer but, with the support of the lifeline team, my son managed that. I am pleased that should I fall, even at the far part of the garden, I can reach help. Thank you. J.Brighouse.”

“The Lifeline 24 was very easy to order and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The Lifeline box came the next day, it was easy to set up, although I had a few minor problems because my wifi is nowhere near my telephone, but that was easily remedied with help from someone at Lifeline. I am wearing the button all day and feel confident about living alone.”

“Absolutely fabulous service. Such a worry when a parent is elderly. Dad had a fall which worries me. I was the person testing this. At 3 Am unable to sleep u decided to do a test. Just out of curiosity, they answered very quickly. Helpful, full of advice and so reassuring. Honestly it puts my mind at rest Dad can be a click away from help”
