“Great device, very easy to set up. Very simple instructions. Package included everything required. Calls to test the device are answered very promptly and the call handlers are very professional, they are friendly and they provide clear information. The device works a long distance from the phone socket - we tested it about 30 yards away and didn't experience any issues.”

“The lifeline is for my dad who is 89 . It will give me piece of mind that he will be safe in his home and garden . He recently fell 3 times in one week . He was alone on the floor for 3 hours until I found him . Now having lifeline he knows if it happens again he has got a friendly team of staff at the press of a button to help . The lifeline was so easy to set up and was delivered the next day once the order was placed.”

“Delighted with the whole thing. Now have additional reassurance that should my mother take a fall or need assistance that she can contact us and we can get help quickly. Well worth the very reasonable price for this service”

“Efficient & friendly from start to finish. The equipment was easy to set up & operates exactly as promised. I know Mum has already triggered the alarm a couple of times by mistake, as she gets used to the extra 'watch' on her wrist but at least that has given her the reassurance everything is working as it should. Thank you”

“After a bad start. Power Pack U/S. This was replaced by return of post. Now everything up and running. Set up with your operators, easy. We now have back up if anything happens. Thank you”

“Set up is fairly easy. However testing it with the call centre was frustrating with different consultant answering the calls Could not get the alarm to work with the phone off the hook The consultant then said “ how many times is that likely to happen” meaning could not be bothered”
