The package I received was a replacement box because the first one was not recharging,even though I had it only 6 months. This leads me to think that the first box was not a new one. I have the falls version which is ultra sensitive and very often goes off even if I don’t press it or in some cases, don’t even touch it. I find the telephone response is very good and reassuring.

A very quick response. Very efficient in explanations and the process for connection and future service. As I am not used to such transactions over the phone, I found it too fast in the sense that I hadn't quite time enough to take things on board. Normally I would have my local family to consult. However, I had made the enquiry myself so I continued with the interview. I found it worrying to be paying set-up fees and a contract within this short chat over the phone. I was relieved when the equipment arrived as described, by the first post on Monday and the set-up was as easy as I had been told. I was previously anxious about this. it all seems to be working normally and I am satisfied with the system so far.

The first outdoor key safe only worked less than two years and so was outside the guarantee for a replacement. I hope it’s replacement works longer than this.

Excellent response ordered at 11 am delivered 11am next morning easy to setup working in about 5min.Only criticism is the short adapter cable is very short! Otherwise very happy

Very lovely to deal with and very quick delivery. My mum pressed the button by mistake and heard someone saying her name and was everything ok. She said she felt very reassured when she heard the voice even though there was nothing wrong. It reassured all of us. She has just got the alarm.

I have only had my Lifeline for about two weeks, but already feel more confident in the home, as I am now living alone - my partner being in hospital for a lengthy stay. I put on my wrist strap, (which I find easy to fit) first thing in the morning, and take it off when getting into bed at night. I forget it is there as it is very comfortable. Have tested the Lifeline and received good service. Overall I am very pleased.

Delivered when expected, set up was straight forward for me but my mum wouldn't have been able to do it (she thought it would be delivered and set up for her). Staff helpful at each contact.

So far so good. I was a bit worried about wearing the pendant all the time, but it is working well. Your backup through the installation was excellent. Yes to next question but unable to type a response.

Excellent so far. Set up easy. 3 test calls answered within 3 rings. Mum set of alarm a few days later, again answers within 3 rings. Operator was professional and courteous and made mum feel at ease. She is happier and more confident at home alone. Thank you
