“Really happy with the personal alarm we had installed for my Mum. However, disappointed that she had contacted you at least twice over several months to say she had a flashing light on the base unit. Each time she was informed some sort of replacement would be sent out but nothing arrived. Finally after phoning you again a complete replacement has now been sent out and she has installed it.”

“Took days to set up. I paid for the fall programme but that failed to work or it did work once when we tested it. The £10 discount which I requested when I ordered was not taken off the invoice. Although I have requested several times a new invoice it does not arrive”

“We have only had the alarm less than a week but from ordering it and installing it all went well and the ladies we spoke to whilst testing were friendly and helpful. My mum is very happy with the watch rather than the pendent and feels much more reassured when going in the garden. So far so good.”

“I have been very satisfied so far with everything but it is taking awhile for me to get everything set up. At present I am expecting a return label from you so that I can return the Keysafe which has been replaced. It will take me a day or two to setup because I am away for a few days this week”

“Service was very good, alarm received within prompt timeline. Easy to set up and test. Only issue is the annual service plan which when being a existing customer you get a worse deal then being a new customer, to get the same offer you are expected to return the unit and receive another unit which is the same and is therefore a complete waste of time and effort to do. Please consider a better option for returning clients year on year!”

“We received the alarm the day after ordering Easy to connect with helpful instructions . After 7 days my husband said he would prefer a pendant alarm not a wrist version Customer Service were very helpful and a pendant arrived the following day. Excellent”
