“Thank you very much for the really helpful over the phone advice and information I was given prior to making the purchase on behalf of my parents. All representatives I spoke to handled my queries and order extremely well. To speed up the registration process, I completed the information form online rather than return the forms included with the alarm. When using your website online service for this, it would have been really useful to have been able to print off the completed form for my records. Not only would it have been reassuring to be able to go back through all the pages to check I had made no typo errors before submitting but also to keep as a hard copy for when I need to make any amendments to the information in the future. I was able to obtain a copy by speaking with a Lifeline representative who organised for me to be emailed a copy. The alarm is now all set up and live which was extremely easy to do and was answered very quickly when doing the range tests. I am sure we all now have peace of mind that my parents have this system in place.”

“I phoned Lifeline to make my order which was easily and effeciently dealt with. Paper work was sent to my email address, for me to fill in contact details; which were acknowledged promptly. In less than 24 hours the personal alarm and phone box had arrived. We were able to set this up for mum without any problems and the tests were carried out with ease. She has happily adapted to wearing an alarm and we sleep a little more easily knowing if she has another fall, help is available 24 hours!”
