“I was impressed with the speedy delivery of the equipment, unfortunately one of the staff said the Pendant seem to have a low battery and sent a new one, prompt attention. Staff are very understanding and helpful.”

“I have now had my Lifeline 24 pendant for 9 months, and I am pleased to say that it has been trouble free. The contact staff are polite, and very helpful too, so I am very happy with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend Lifeline 24.”

“We're happy with the kit with responses being very prompt. Following instruction was not so straight forward as we have the phone line connected to both router and base station. The document for setting up was slightly confusing and referred to a complete installation manual implying that it was also enclosed. In the end we found the correct procedure on the web.”

“I have only recently got my Lifeline24 so haven't had to use it yet. The service received so far re delivery etc. has been 5 star , very quick delivery of equipment, easy to set up, and completion of the form on line saves any delays. Hope I don't need to use it but there for peace of mind. Thank you.”

“Although we’ve had no reason to use it for real yet, we found the staff very clearly spoken, very polite and friendly. On doing the various tests we found the bracelet worked even from the end of the garden, so now feeling far more confident of getting help in an emergency. Many thanks, Austin”

“It was very quick and easy to instal. I expected to find the alarm round my neck a nuisance but I forget that it is there. Thankfully I have yet to make use of it but judging by the test call the response was very prompt and efficient.”

“Living some distance from my recently widowed mother has been a source of anxiety for the family. The Lifeline 24 was easy to set up and has been received appreciatively by my Mum. Initially Mum was finding it easy to cause false alarms with the pendant, there was no fault, it just happened to sit at the exact height of the kitchen worktop but this was solved by a free swap to the bracelet type. Thanks for this very good service.”

“Dispatch was lightning quick-arrived the next day! Even though our mother lives minutes away I now feel like someone has a constant watch over her. She has fallen before and fortunately she had her phone on her and was lucky enough to have a signal that day but now we all (including her) feel comforted having this device-just in case...”
