The company's customer service is second to none. I have the GPS pendant will the fall alarm for two medical conditions that I have. Thankfully I've not had to activate it yet but I can't describe the feeling of safety that it gives me. Shout out to Wayne in customer services, he has been so helpful. Sarah

Apart from a slight delay caused by some information provided by me on line apparently not being transferred to my application…… when I completed a paper application everything is now in order and I am very pleased with Lifeline.

Feel happier knowing my mother in law is safe. As she's prone to falling we have peace of mind that she can call someone immediately.

My mum has had a lifeline alarm for a few years now. The alarm itself works fine - although the battery in the pendant ran out and no one noticed (perhaps some kind of alarm would be a good idea) so we were effectively paying for nothing for that period. My problem is with auto renew. I seem to be paying more and more each year, with no notification and no option to cancel should the amount charged become stupid. I have just paid £194 for my renewal and only found out when I received my credit card bill! I doubt very much that I will be allowing the auto renew next year and may look elsewhere for my mother's alarm.

Dear Michelle, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with your renewal payment. From looking into the account, I can see that you have previously been paying automatically once each year. I have now canceled the automatic payments so that no payments are taken without us first making verbal confirmation with you. I am sorry to hear that you were not expecting the payment, however, this has been the agreement for the past few years so we had no reason to suspect you wished to stop the automatic payments. I can see that you have since been in touch with our friendly Customer Service team who has added a month of free service to the account as a goodwill gesture. Thank you again for getting in touch and for providing us with this feedback as it will allow us to improve the service going forward. Sadly, my Mother passed away recently. I had to cancel the account with Lifeline 24. In all the years we have used them, they have been efficient and always very helpful. They showed compassion in my Mothers passing. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you

The chat assistance was useful for answering pre-purchase questions, the online ordering was a bit tedious but the next day delivery of the product hasn't been smooth. It was ordered on the Friday, didn't arrive until Monday and the courier couldn't follow the simple instruction of 'Please leave it at the shop if no reply' the shop being 10m away.

From looking into the account, I can see that the system was sent out with tracked next-day delivery so it is disappointing to hear that the alarm did not arrive until Monday and that the delivery instructions were not followed. I had a few niggles at first but the company were amazing at sorting them out. Having it is a life saver for me and really puts my mind at ease being in and out of the house

Having recently had a fall in the garden,, which my wife knew nothing about until I stepped out of the bathroom with blood on my face from a split forehead, we decided to investigate personal alarms. My daughter was very relieved to hear this, and we soon chose Lifeline 24. Very efficient, and simple to install - I had a couple of queries during the process, which the Lifeline 24 office answered. So, within 10 days of the fall we each had a fall detector. The staff were so helpful throughout, and we are recommending it to our friends of similar age an circumstances (78 & 80, and living independently).

I have found LifeLine to be something that reassures me, and all the staff I have spoken to have been helpful and friendly. The equipment set-up was easy, and the instructions were clear and concise.

Arrived next day. Clear instructions as to how to activate and check that it is working. The people in the calls centre are friendly and both my parents find the alarms easy to wear.

Purchased this for my Mum. The online ordering and setup was very easy. Order placed late on Friday afternoon and alarm arrived at 9.30 next day. Quick call to helpline to check system working then another to check pendant and all ready to use. Very lovely staff. Haven’t tried it in an emergency, and hopefully will never have to but my Mum already feels safer.
