I bought a Fallsafe for my 94yr old Mother and are very pleased. The product arrived very quickly and the staff are extremely helpful and polite even when it is accidentally set off. I would have given the watch 5 stars, but for the fact that I thought it came with a neck strap that it could be interchanged with. It has to be either a watchstrap or a pendant it is not interchangeable without sending back to the company.

Taken back a bit with it being so sensitive without a fall. Has gone off 5 times in 2 days! However someone was always on hand and put me right. Nice to think their always there.

Haven’t had to use it for help yet , thank goodness but from the time I rang to enquire and set up staff were excellent made me feel quite confident

Unhappy with their return and refund policy. My Mum used Lifeline24 for more than a year, then sadly passed away. I returned the hardware but was not offered a refund for the remaining 9 months on her second year’s contract. I chose to pay for an annual policy and wish I had paid monthly, it would have been easier to cancel without any penalty. Eventually I managed to get about a third of the money back but had to fight hard. Beware.

Bought a lifeline alarm for my father in law . Delivered the following day and very easy to install . Found the customer service excellent - highly recommend !

Very easy to order, there was a problem with delivery but a very nice gentleman phoned me to discuss options & it arrived quicker than expected, easy to set up & when I tested the button a very nice lady answered, gives me more peace of mind, I am very grateful & happy for the whole thing, Sie

Knowing that should mum have a fall at night she will not be laying on the floor all night. This gives mum her continued independence that is so important to her.

The unit was delivered the following day and was easy to install. Testing the lifeline was easy and it will give peace of mind in the event that my mother fell and was unable to contact me. I would recommend it.

When I set it up and carried out the testing, I had good responses and a helpful team. Confident to leave mother-in-law on her own knowing there is a helpful team on the other end of her pendant.

Lifeline 24 has given me enormous relief to know that my elderly mother is now safe in her own home after taking ill and being on the floor unable to move for several hours before I knew. I now know she can press the button and have someone check up on her within minutes.

Great device and service. Would have been Excellent if I had not have had to buy a £10 adapter for the telephone. Supplied BT to BT instead of RJ11 to BT.
