“Very easy to order, there was a problem with delivery but a very nice gentleman phoned me to discuss options & it arrived quicker than expected, easy to set up & when I tested the button a very nice lady answered, gives me more peace of mind, I am very grateful & happy for the whole thing, Sie”

“The unit was delivered the following day and was easy to install. Testing the lifeline was easy and it will give peace of mind in the event that my mother fell and was unable to contact me. I would recommend it.”

“Lifeline 24 has given me enormous relief to know that my elderly mother is now safe in her own home after taking ill and being on the floor unable to move for several hours before I knew. I now know she can press the button and have someone check up on her within minutes.”

“Great device and service. Would have been Excellent if I had not have had to buy a £10 adapter for the telephone. Supplied BT to BT instead of RJ11 to BT.”

“Placed order and came quickly, went through the set up and was easy to use, Dad accidentally activated the fall alarm and i received a call and went to check on him as he wasn’t answering the phone, as he was in the garden. So excellent response, i have recommended this service to my friends to look in to”

“Ordered online for my Dad and was received the next day with simple clear instructions to complete emergency contacts. Set up was simple and testing was straightforward. Have in fact recommended to Dads neighbour and my friends Mum who have both now also purchased the same! Has given my Dad his confidence back after a recent fall. Thank you.”
