Phone call to discuss the service was easy, and the customer service answered our questions fully. The unit arrived exactly when promised and was easy for my son to install

The device that I wear around my wrist has given me a great deat of confidence knowing that if anything unto-wards happens then there is someone at the end of the line to help. fortunately I have not needed to push the button.

I have not had an emergency since using Lifeline 24 but I have regularly pressed the button to test the system and each time a reassuring voice has come over the speaker. I like the fact that when there is a power failure there is an annoucement advising the customer that there is no power and another when power is back on. I recently had a number of cuts in the same day which did not trigger an alarm but I did receive a call to check that everything was alright and was advised to test the system. I am very pleased with the service. (One point though, I am surprised that you only ask for favourable reviews).

After having Lifeline24 for 16 months I have nothing but praise for them and their switchboard. I have accidentally pressed mine and they.answered immediately. I rely on them completely. Thankyou

The customer service on the phone was suburb, They were very helpful. The products I ordered were delivered the next day. The set up and testing was simple and quick. We have not used the system in an emergency yet, But up to this point I would highly recommend Lifeline 24.

I was exceedingly happy with the information I received when telephoning customer services - all my questions were answered. As promised my Lifeline 24 package was received the very next day. My husband found it easy to set up for my mother and it now gives us all peace of mind. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the conversations I had with the LifeLine team before purchasing both by telephone and email. They all knew what they were talking about, were helpful and not at all pushy. It was easy to fill in the form via the internet and the set up process all went according to plan. I hope I will never have to use the red button but I feel a lot happier now I know help will be at hand if I need it and will be put in touch with sensible people at LifeLine.

I think the service you offer is wonderful. I have tried to persuade all my friends to join, but if they have not yet done it they are stupid. They all live on their own, and need your service to help them stay alive, or at least, if they have an accident in their home, your service will help them get assistance quickly. One thing I would mention, when you tell people about your service, you should not advise them to put the button on their arm. In my opinion, it should only be round the neck. If it is put on an arm, and you fall or have a stroke, which affects the other arm, you will not be able to push the button. If it is round your neck, you can always lean against something to push the button, if either of your arms you cannot use. I have felt really safe since the moment I put the button round my neck. In fact, I very often forget to remove it before I go out, so I just put it under my clothes, and its there when I undress at night. Many many thanks for this wonderful piece of equipment. Always a reliable service which gives both my mother and I reassurance to her well-being. luckily she has never had to use it 'in anger' but whenever I have routinely tested the system the response has always been rapid and reassuring. I can only sing its praises...

I ordered a Lifeline on behalf of my father. We have been delighted with the service so far! The ordering was very easy and the Lifeline was delivered exactly when we were told it would be. We were given an hour time slot and a named delivery driver which was helpful. The information online is very informative and makes the setting up process very simple. We phoned to speak to Lifeline and the person we spoke to was very helpful as were the telephonists when my father was doing his 'test run'. My father is feeling much more secure having his Lifeline. Thank you for a great service!

Purchased for frail pensioner prompt delivery tried to register told needed paper work which was not lncluded so have to wait till speak to customer services not so far impressed

When I got in touch to test the system, I felt that the person I was speaking to was very impatient and short with me. we only tested the system with one phone off the hook, but then when i read the instructions I saw that each phone should be tested separately. I felt that this person was quite unpleasant and unhelpful given that your system was entirely new to me.
