I was perfectly happy with the service until I was forced to change my BT landline from the old copper wire to the new digital voice. The old analog Lifeline unit was not compatible. Tried with 2 new digital units supplied by Lifeconnect24. but still very intermittent service, not as reliable as the old technology. BT Openreach have replaced all the wiring inside my home and still nothing better. Have grave concerns that BT routers only;y have a backup with a battery (at an extra cost) for 30 to 60 mins in the event of a power outage. I live in an area with poor or no reliable GPS/mobile phone signal indoors. However, after numerous calls and various technical help from LifeConnect I finally, it would appear to have a system that works, with an analog box connected to the router. This will of course not work if the power goes off so I now have to have a fully charged mobile to hand at all times in the hope that there will be a signal, its less reassuring than ever, so will see if this system does improve as the digital rollout reaches its end point of Dec 2025. I would have given five stars but did need to contact the CEO of Lifeconnect before we have only this week arrived at this point, this started at the end of February when my home phone went digital. I now need to find a power source that will work with the router for longer than 30/60 mins in power outage..... the last power outage was off for almost 36 hours, the Life Connect has a battery, but of course, there is no copper wire phone to connect it too. Perhaps we need to return to semaphore flags. Wayne and Nick have been most helpful in this final set up but I need my faith restored that telephone providers and the telecare providers are working in partnership, Lifelines did provide just that, but now it could well be a matter of life or death.......a move backward in end-user support. If anyone has had problems finding solutions to improve the router emergency backup time..... i would welcome their comments. BT only offer their 30/60 min battery at a cost of £95 per unit, you can only purchase one and it takes 16.5 hours to recharge. Thank you...

Every time I use the emergency alarm, either accidentally or to test it, the response is swift and the staff are so lovely and patient. They genuinely seem to care and are always helpful and friendly. I recently requested a new wrist strap via email and received one by return of post. Excellent service and good value considering the peace of mind it brings to me and my family. Highly recommend.

Your representative fixed a safe by our front door. I cannot open the safe. I contacted you to tell you this and I was told that someone would contact me. So far nothing has happened.

Do not use this company. I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner as I was yesterday. They have apparently sent my Dad a new fob and we've not received it. Told the operator we hadn't received it and his response was "if that's the truth". Told him I'm not a liar and I take exception to being accused of being one. I then told him I was sitting with my Mum who has late stage Dementia and didn't want to get into an argument where she could hear. His response "that's not my problem". Well, at this point I hit the roof and told him to get his Manager to call me back. He said it can take 10 days for a call back. Within 1 hour his Manager rang and said he had listened to the call and apologised for what was said and he would speak to the individual. Told him I'm too angry to listen to his apologies and to train their staff better. Also asked him how do elderly people cope with their appalling "customer service". Taking this further and reporting them to their Regulatory Body. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM ANY COMPANY LET ALONE ONE DEALING WITH THE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE.

Finding the right supplier for a personal alarm service can be daunting. I began with my local County County plus 4 recommendations from Which. By the time I got to the fifth I understood the "lingo" and knew what to choose. The Customer Services staff at LifeConnect24 are patient and proficient. Explanations no trouble. We no longer have a landline and so I needed a Sim Card system. I also wanted a discrete pendant. I did not want a bright red or orange button sitting on my chest. Their price was competitive so I signed up. When the alarm box and pendant arrive they have to be set up. Again Customer Services were endlessly patient and the 24 hour Care Line staff polite and kind. It's all very easy. I am in my seventies and prone to falling. I now feel very safe and secure. I recommend LifeConnect24 without hesitation.

We upgraded Mum to this after a spell in hospital. Unfortunately she had two falls within 48 hours after returning home. Both falls went undetected via the upgraded Lifeline app.

The people I spoke to in Customer service and the alarm team were very helpful. This is the first time in having an alarm so I was confused and disappointed that when it arrived there were no instructions in the box on how to set up and connect to WiFi.
