“The whole experience of dealing with Lifeline 24 has been excellent. The equipment arrived quickly and when it was supposed to. The instructions are very well written and easy to understand, and the set up process is very straightforward.”

“reasonably priced - excellent range - does exactly what it was designed for. Set up could have been a little simpler but the house we have installed it in has very old wiring so it is probably easier in a new build property.”

“Before setting mum up with the service I contacted Lifeline24 several times with queries. There was no delay in answering the phone and all queries were dealt with instantly which really impressed me. The alarm was with mum the day after ordering and was up and running the following morning once the customer form was completed. I would highly recommend Lifeline24 for their efficiency and professionalism.”

“The lifeline was purchased by my next door neighbour,it was ordered last Saturday arrived as promised on Wednesday.Information was entered online Friday by her cousin,she received conformation last night.I set it up this morning everything went well and your members of staff were very helpfull.The lifeline is now live so I hope it will give my neighbour the freedom to stay in her home,her husband had an accident a few weeks ago and will not be returning home.Many thanks Anita Smith”

“I could have coped better without the stupid offset RJ11 socket on the rear side. If you must use RJ11s then use proper one! This is because we needed to run a telephone line in from the main house....”

“The website was profesional and easy to use. When I rang to ask questions the lady I spoke to was everything customer service people should be; reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery system was excellent and the setup worked wonderfully,reassuring both my mother and sister (who is the first call). I am 100 miles away so the system means peace of mind for me.thank you.”
