“Very helpful,had problems with another make personal alarm which wouldn't work with my phone provider,Lifeline24 assured me it would work and it does,very easy set up and very helpful call centre, thank you..”

“I thought l had paid for installation of the device in my home.Having got someone in to do it(cos l am disabled),after 3hours we got it working and thank God at last I have some security”

“I have tried to register twice on-line but your on-line form does not appear. I receive the same regurgitated message that your IT team are 'working on it'. Please refund my subscription without delay as you are incapable of delivering a decent service. Regards Howard England”

“My Mother has mobility and balance issues and has been recently bereaved. As I live overseas I ordered a Lifeline 24 for her. It arrived promptly, was very easy to set up and the Lifeline team got her 'up and running' the same day as it was urgent. We both have a sense of security that she can summon assistance now, anywhere in her home.”
