“Easy to install with good instructions. On testing the operator was quick to answer and very clearly understood. The pendant is fine. So far so good!”

“Easy to install. Neat and unobtrusive. I wear mine on my wrist and it is very comfortable and I don’t take it off even when I shower. The person who answered when I checked it was polite,friendly, and Helpful. Thank you Lifeline24 for putting my mind at rest .☺️ Mary.”

“We purchased the fall alarm - it was easy to install and the testing process is great and very reassuring! It gives great peace of mind in the case of an accidental fall The people in the monitoring center are so nice and helpful ! Very happy we chose Lifeline24”

“Although only had Lifeline a short time, it has bought assurance to friends as well as myself, knowing that help is available 24 hours a day merely be pressing a button! The Lifeline unit arrived quickly be post and was for others to set up. Thank you so much. Joann”

“Very efficient company to deal with and equipment easy install. Although early days the equipment and response times seem to be working very well. Two extra benefits are the smoke detector that is linked to the call center and also an exterior key safe.”

“I recently had Lifeline24 installed and I was impressed with ease of setting up my alarm. I was able to test the alarm several times and cannot express how much I appreciate having such an amazing alarm that gives me so much peace of mind. “Total weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that it's just a press of button. I'll sleep more sound now knowing I dont have to be afraid to go into deep sleep. This was got as I suffer Type 1 Diabetes so hypo situations that I cant sort myself, plus M.E and Psoriatic arthritis so probe to falls. Absolutely over the moon knowing I'm 100% safe in my home now.”

“Ordering the lifeline 24 was very easy and it arrived the next day. Installation was quite simple and the testing was easy to do. Staff sounded very friendly during the testing mode and my Mum felt comfortable with the new system.”
