“Alarm arrived within 24 hours of ordering, the forms to fill in are simple and asked for all the relevant information. I twice rang the office and received prompt and helpful information. The alarm was easily set up and perfect for my elderly father.”

“I purchased lifeline on the advise of a friend and found the ordering system relatively easy, the alarm arrived the following day and the set up was very simple. My wife who is partially sighted and of a nervous disposition now feels safer as she can call for assistance if needed if I am not at home.”

“Fast delivery, I wasn't happy setting it up, it was a bit technical for me but a friend did it and everything worked fine. The test went perfectly. Only one small niggle - the elastic band for fixing to my wrist keeps fraying and I will have to replace this in the not too distant future. Could you supply something that didn't fray and is waterproof.”
