“Very fast delivery even though I ordered just prior to Christmas, great service by operatives on phone when setting system up”

“The office staff were polite and friendly when dealing with my enquiries and the service on the 0800 number and via email was efficient throughout and inspired great confidence. Our only disappointment was during the initial testing of the service, when my elderly parents were unable to hear or understand what was being said to them over the speaker and the Care Team sounded rather impatient with them. This was an unfortunate introduction to what we hope really will be a lifeline for them if they need it.”

“could you please tell me what is involved in set up. I assumed it meant someone would come and do this for me, as I have nobody able to do this for me. Also free next day delivery was not so.”

“Very easy setup,helpful friendly monitor staff,at last peace of mind for Mum,she lives with us but If we're out even for a short time we have the confidence that someone is at the end of her alarm button to contact us or the emergency services should anything happen we're she needs help! It affords us as her careers more freedom and mum more security, Thank you.”
