Requires two people present for the initial testing and set up , apart from the person needing to use the alarm, especially if testing the maximum range . Alarm button is very sensitive on the wrist band version to depressions ( which is needed) so the wearer needs to have the mental capacity to be careful when moving around . Other than this , a very reactive service so far

Up until today, i couldn’t fault any staff that have dealt with my mother or through me getting replacement strap for her wrist pendant. Today that changed. Paid for a full years cover in April 24. Mom been in hospital and still is since end of Sept 24. Made the decision when out of nursing home cover. I rang to get a refund of poss 5 months to find no refund policy unless before 30 days of set up. £300 plus paid , less than half used and money lost as no longer need the service or equipment. This year in hindsight i should’ve paid more but monthly. Really really let down and disappointed with it. Stopped direct debit immediately and will never recommend this company again. Sour taste in the end!!!! Fuming.

Issues when the alarm was first set up had to phone 4 times before someone rang me back to sort it. Not good if something happens if you can't solve issues till the day after and then only after I kept calling.

I recently moved home and took my Lifeline24 with me. I contacted them when I was having issues with my telephone line and it’s suitability for transfer to the new all fibre tine. Great news, I could upgrade to the digital pack which is brill fibre compliant (sounds like a a pack of breakfast food!!), which would be an additional cost of £40. Within 24 hrs I received a pack containing a new digital device, pendant and full instructions on how to set up and test the line. I am delighted with the services I received and that I have a new set of equipment that not only works efficiently but looks good too. The whole thing operates without having to be connected to the telephone line. Just need a broadband connection. Couldn’t be more simple.

I am 84 and the help given by the young lady from the technical team was superb. Diagnosing a faulty wire which cut off my telephone connection, a new set of wires was received which, when I had connected them, have me back my phoneline. Many thanks.
