“Delivered on time, easy to set up , my mum is happy with it, my mum knocked the bracelet the other day and it set it off and the lady was lovely with my mum asking her if she was ok , , the older generation don’t like anything new but mum is very happy with it .”

“This system has brought the family peace of mind and is giving dad the independence he needs, both in the house and pottering in the garden. Initially I spoke with Jos who explained how the system worked and answered numerous questions. He was very helpful. Equipment arrived the next day, though the key safe took a bit longer. Excellent customer service from all. Set-up and testing was quick and easy. Very pleased with the purchase.”

“NOTE of CAUTION - if you you PAY AN ANNUAL FEE and for any reason need to cancel the service within the year for any reason (after the initial 30 day period) - YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR REBATE. This does not make sense - the company do not need to monitor the alarm and have had the equipment returned - so they are clearly saving money. SO BE WARNED [if you pay monthly just one moth notice period]”

“I cannot fault the equipment and the response from staff on setting up the unit . This was super efficient, very friendly and super helpful . However, when calling the company a day earlier to enquire why we had not received our order the man who dealt with the call was extremely rude and dismissive, even ending the call without saying goodbye. Not a great advert for your company!”

“There was a bit of confusion,when I had a replacement buzzer, it wouldn't connect, cos at the same time a change of internet supply into which telephone lead had to be put into the hub instead of the socket. Spoke to a very polite and helpful young,sorry don't remember his name he was very helpful and explained things. So that took over the frustration of the first part of this feed back. Hopefully now that everything is going digital this will help you to change a few things in paper instruction. All in all I'm so glad I have a buzzer again on my wrist. Like the new style Buzzer it looks more like a fashion accessory.”
