Having researched I felt you provided a good product at a good price. Behind the product is a well organised service which increased my confidence in the critical back up this device provides. It was a simple and easy process to order and install, set up and use is a breeze. My mother is very happy and as her children we feel another layer of protection and comfort is in place. Very pleased with the service from Lifeline 24. Ordered for my brother in law who is not in the best of health and had a couple of falls recently. We also purchased the keysafe for outside of his flat and 2 neighbours are kind enough to keep an eye on him when we are not around. Lifeline 24 has given us some peace of mind and Jim is happy to wear his alarm, just in case.

Excellent bought on line hassle free easy installation, test process & talking to operator was also easy, I would recommend, I bought this for my mother I now know she is looked after by lifeline

I had a very prompt delivery easy to set up,and 2days after the set up my mum fell and pressed the pendant and Lifeline 24 were speaking to her and phoning me great service Thank you

When our elderly neighbour's pendant alarm provider changed we needed to research an alternative provider. Throughout the whole process Lifeline 24 was the most straightforward and easy to deal with. It was delivered on time, the contacts etc. were updated without delay and she is now happily up and running with the new system.

No I received the alarm quickly but it was a week before it was working. The operating company did not seem interested and just said that they had not been informed of my order

I was a little annoyed that I could not do more on-line, when giving details of my contacts. Perhaps it is something you could look into. Getting my alarm up and running was ridiculously easy. Thank you. Mrs Fraser.

Was a bit confusing to set up, with all the different wires, but I did get it right in the end! The wrist band is very convenient, especially as its waterproof. I haven't pressed it by accident yet! The operator at the office was very helpful. All together I am very happy with the Lifeline24.

My equipment came very quick and was easy to set up. I got all the phone calls needed to set up the service and test the line etc. The staff were very polite, friendly and very professional.

Spoke to Lifeline 24 and decided immediately that this service would suit my brother in law down to the ground. I ordered the Lifeline kit and a keysafe for the wall outside his flat. Everything was very easy to set up and test. Very impressed with the service and Lifeline 24 kit came the day after it was ordered. Very impressed.

Very good service. Lifeline very sensitive to movement hence a few false calls, but learning to limit excess movement so calls should reduce.

It’s a little early for a review......I’ve only had the button for a week,and haven’t had to use it in anger, so to speak. I’m hoping I never do, of course, but it’s certainly a comfort to my children, and to me, actually.

My order was delivered quickly,I got it set up and tested on a Thursday but didn't realise I was going to use it for real 2 days later ,when my mum fell out of bed in the early hours of Saturday morning, I got the call from lifeline 24 shortly after she pressed the fob and was able to respond shortly after.
