We bought this for my mother in law and it has been literally a life saver, well worth the investment and the team are so lovely to deal with, highly recommend

As my fragile mums hardwired alarm service was being discontinued I was very worried about her having no way of contacting the emergency services for help. I now have peace of mind with lifeline 24 being installed. Extremely easy to set up, took literally 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Avoid paying upfront . My elderly father in law ended up in hospital after a fall and is likely to be there for a considerable time (12 weeks so far). Contacted the company as we don’t need this for the foreseeable . As we paid up front they refused to cancel the subscription or refund any premium . Should we have paid monthly we would have been able to cancel without penalty. Disappointing customer service as a loyal customer . Shall not be restarting but using an alternative company from now on .My advice , avoid .

So Far so good! All set up, with easy to follow directions. One suggestion for when advising new customers. I tried to find the form unsuccessfully as it is not available on your website, contacted for help in finding the form on line, the operator was unable to suggest where else I might find it and could not help. Today, not having received any e-mails from you, I had a brainwave and checked my 'junk mail box' and there they were! My suggestion is that when operators are faced with a similar quandary, they advise the person to check their 'Junk mail'! All tested successfully and I appreciated the cheerful reassuring voices of the 3 people I spoke to. Thank you.

I have no idea whether or not this unit works because an important item (specialist phone lead) was missing from the package, so after wasting numerous hours trying to connect it, this item had to be ordered seperately. My mum is still without cover.
