“Arrived quickly and setup was very easy.”

“The testing of the equipment was very thorough making sure that it worked at the bottom of my Dad’s garden, when the phone was in operation etc. Originally we were sent the wrong connector for the system and very impressed by the quick response to rectify the problem sending the correct part within 24 hours. I now have piece of mind that if my Dad has a fall or requires help Lifeline will be there to sort it out immediately.”

“It was so easy to set the lifeline up for my mum very helpful lady telling me all my options. It is good to know if mum needs any help there is someone at the end of the phone.”

“As I am an 80 year year old,self isolating I was pressured by my family to purchase a Lifeline.Unfortunately I could not connect it myself and had to get help from my family.This machine does not appear to be compatible with my telephone and your help department sent a new part which still doesn't work .I have no alternative other than to return the machine and expect a full refund !!”
