Thank you lifeline 24 for your quick response and help with my choice ot alarm.for my 95year old Mother . I have chosen the fall detector with neck pendant, which suits my mother as she has difficulty pressing the alarm . It gives me her daughter peace of mind knowing that if mother happens to fall at home, there will be help from lifeline 24 .

Excellent service from Lifeline 24. Ordered my alarm early in the morning and it arrived the following day. Setting up was easy and the testing was carried out with very good guidance by the staff at Lifeline 24.

Well it's very early days yet. The calls to set up the Lifeline 24 were fine. Hopefully it should remain totally unused for many years. I do plan to call at least once a month to make sure it is working properly. It can only really be assessed if a real emergency occurs, so I hope that in reality, I am never able to fully assess it. That is why I have answered "No" to the questions below concerning reviews.

Having this has given me and my son peace of mind, hopefully I won't use it, but the family are all happy about it as I have had a few falls recently

I will probably appreciate it more when i become used to it , at present I find it very sensitive easy to set off while dressing and undressing but it is good to have this lifeline as I live alone in a rural area .and it gives my family peace of mind

I ordered one of these alarms for my mother and, from the initial internet search to delivery and installation, we received excellent service. It arrived the day after I ordered it! The instructions were clear and easy to follow and there was first class support during the testing process. It is helpful that there is an option of necklace and bracelet version, and the fact that this device has a range of 100m and can be worn in the shower, are added benefits. It has given both me and my mother great peace of mind, knowing that someone can help if she has an accident.

I've always had a fear of falling & not being near the phone but now I have complete peace of mind. All elderly people should have one. Very easy to set up as well. Thankyou.

Recently purchased this for my auntie. Excellent service & the staff are so helpful & checked everything thoroughly when we tested the alarm. My mum has had one for years & just gives you peace of mind. Would highly recommend.

After a bad fall at home I decided I needed a Lifeline was what I needed. I ordered my Lifeline24 on Friday afternoon and it came at lunchtime on Saturday. How’s that about service? I’ve got peace of mind now that if I fall again Lifeline24 will get in touch with my son or emergency services and I’ll be safe.

Very easy to set up & my mum feels more confident knowing that there’s a friendly voice that picks up immediately. My only issue is, we paid the whole amount & the company have contacted us twice about setting up a D.D !!!!

My dad paid upfront for a year’s subscription but died before even taking it out of the box. Because he pai upfront he was entitled to zero refund - had he taken it out on a monthly contract it could have been stopped with no more to pay. We tried to reach a compromise but Lifeline24 wouldn’t budge an inch. Totally no compassion and they expect you to send back the equipment as it’s only rented! Just pay monthly or not at all is my advice. A company with no compassion dealing with elderly people is not good.

Amazing that the lifeline could be ordered posted and be up and running within 24 hours. Very impressed. So helpful as my uncle was due back home from hospital at short notice. He has used the alarm once and it was very efficient.

Very impressed with both their online ordering process and also the speed of delivery, plus of course the important factor of price (less than half the cost of my previous lifeline provider). The no VAT option was not offered by my previous provider. The ordering process was very simple but efficient, recording appropriate health, medication, and access information to aid any emergency services should they need to attend. I was also impressed with the simple installation and testing process, which took less than 15 minutes from delivery.

Haven't had to use it in an emergency yet thankfully. The process of purchasing it and the phone support when testing was very good. Nice and compact. Seems more professional in its appearance and the website design than most other competitors. Happy with my choice.
