“It was so easy to set the lifeline up for my mum very helpful lady telling me all my options. It is good to know if mum needs any help there is someone at the end of the phone.”

“As I am an 80 year year old,self isolating I was pressured by my family to purchase a Lifeline.Unfortunately I could not connect it myself and had to get help from my family.This machine does not appear to be compatible with my telephone and your help department sent a new part which still doesn't work .I have no alternative other than to return the machine and expect a full refund !!”

“My husband and I are delighted with the Lifeline alarms. It has given our children peace of mind now they know if we have an emergency we can call for help. The same goes for my husband and I, my husband is very hard of hearing and would not hear me if I had a fall but now I can just press the button and get help, the same for him. I would recommend Lifeline alarms to anyone who has a disability it gives everyone peace of mind. Thank you.”
