“Not long had this installed and found the operators very polite and pleasant. My daughters wanted this installed as I had fallen in the shower and had to wait over an hour before someone came to my rescue. Good to know someone will get help to me more quickly in the future.”

“Price turns out to be very different from website prices. Royal Mail used for delivery, which resulted in last-minute delivery at 7.30pm,requiring elderly person being forced out of bed to answer the door just so Royal Mail could tick a box that they had delivered within 24hrs. Very poor, considering delivering a lifeline for someone who had recently fallen.”

“LifeLine is an exceptional service,extremely helpful, always pleasant and kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can strongly recommend this company after quite a few years of excellent service from them. Well done LifeLine. I know they have now changed the company name but this is how I remember them.”
