“Nice that my daughter was thoughtful”

“2 days after setup I fell. My key holder was called and she found me laying on the floor. I had only been out of hospital a week after a severe stroke in January left me disabled. My friend called lifeline 24 to ask for paramedics. They called 999 for us and after 3.5 hours I was on my way back to hospital. I shall always bless my friend for convincing me to purchase my lifeline. My friend has had hers for over a year and is comforted by knowing someone out there will help me if I need it.”

“Quick answer on the phone lovely ladies I spoke too. Delivery was what they said next day easy to fit . Doing alarm checks was easy and the people on the phone were lovely . Can’t fault them . The young man who fitted the key safe was so nice so polite and very helpful a real credit to the company , like the operators . I would recommend this company in a heart beat service was above and beyond”

“Very pleased with how quickly the alarm was sent out to my ninety five year old Mother, and so easy to set up. A little concerned that when one late evening she pressed the alarm because her breathing had become laboured, someone spoke to her immediately to reassure her and asked if she needed an ambulance, she said no, she recovered quite quickly but no one contacted me. I did not find out until the afternoon of the next day when she told me. Otherwise very pleased she did say that she was pleased with the quick response.”

Please be assured that our Care Team would always ensure that you were contacted in an emergency situation if your mother needed help. You would also be notified as next-of-kin if the emergency services were contacted at any time. However, if the alarm user did not require us to call someone to help them, our team would not always inform the next-of-kin as they need to be readily available for the any incoming emergency calls. “Easy installation and setup with clear instructions for use. Customers services prompt to answer and stay knowledgable and helpful. Registration forms with personal details best completed online by friend or relative as forms may be daunting for some people.”

“Next day delivery as promised; easy to set up, and without exception everyone I've spoken to during the process has been extremely helpful and cheerful. Great service so far.....and will give us the reassurance we want for our 95 year old Mum living on her own. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.”

“I am my wife's sole 24 hour carer and I never leave her alone. She is incapable of using a telephone. The main reason for installing the lifeline is that she can quickly get one of the named contacts to look after her if anything happens to me as I have hypotension and cervical sponoloysis. The only problem i had with the instalation was that the power plug only had 2 prongs and it was difficult to push it into a UK 3 prong socket.”
