Just to make people aware that if you pay yearly and ask to cancel you will be advised that you have to pay for the full year regardless. My mum's payment wasn't due until the end of this month however I was advised that the full 2020 payment had been taken out a month beforehand as they like to keep accounts in credit? So as I hadn't given a months notice before the payment came out my mum would have to pay for the full year! I had sent the monitor back via recorded delivery obviously at an additional cost. The advisor did refund just short of half of the cost but only after I'd challenged the refund policy.

The order was quickly delivered with no issues. We had a slight problem with the installation, not due to the unit, and customer services and technical support was very good indeed. All up and running now and such a reasonable price to bring peace of mind for all.

First contact was with very professional call centre staff. Questions answered and information supplied. All good! Product arrived the day after ordering and was easy to install. Up and running and ease of mind given to all concerned. Equipment tested and call answered within 6 seconds!!! Excellent. 😊

Ordering online was very straightforward. The alarm was delivered within a couple of days and came with a very easy to follow guide as to how to set it up. All in all I was very pleased with this service.

I purchased the Lifeline 24 personal pendent for my 80 yr old Dad, who had recently had a fall and lay for quite some time before one of the neighbours discovered him. I am so very glad I did, once installed and tested it was put to use less than 24 hours later when he fell again getting out of bed. Quickly, thanks to the alarm, people were notified and the emergency services arrived to give him a thorough check, on this occasion it had been more a fright than sustaining injury. this has already proven itself as a considerable useful tool for anyone who has concerns for elderly, but fiercely independent relatives. I have recently purchased my lifeline, I spoke to a very nice man who helped me,, I decided then to sign up, The package came the next day with easy instructions on how to connect, I set mine up myself.. It certainly does give peace of mind, knowing that should I need someone all I have to do is press my button, even if out in the garden. that's of course as long as you have your pendent on... I keep mine on all the time now. Its waterproof so you can wear in the bath or shower...
