Have just purchased a lifeline 24, Complete service quality in setting up, Was reluctant at first to have one but now I have it gives you independence back and safe in the knowledge there is someone who will always be there Day or night

As I have only just registered my lifeline the only thing I can comment on is the good service I have received especially with help getting started. I hope I never have cause to use it but it has given me security knowing that it is there should something untoward happen.

My husband has mobility issues and has had a couple of falls. I had become frightened to go out and leave him. I can now go out and know that if there are any problems, he just has to press the lifeline button, and the staff will either contact one of my nominated contacts or they will get in touch with the emergency services if needed. It has taken such a weight off of my shoulders and enables me to relax if I go out.

I now feel happy staying in my own home with the knowledge that i can get assisstance if and when i may need to.

Some salrs staff do not appear to know what they are doing. Poor set of instructions sent out with kit. Every time I Phone I have to correct the kit they have recorded. I wonder how less able customers manage. The help line - fantastic so far in trials

The Lifeline team were very helpful whilst we were researching which system to buy. We finally decide to buy a fall detector which also has a manual push button. Lifeline despatched within hours and we were set up the next day after a number of conversations with the emergency call centre staff who were excellent

It was so easy to sign up for a Lifeline 24. Since I've been wearing the pendant it gives me peace of mind that even when I'm alone I have reassurance that I only have to press it and help will come when I need it. My family also feel much happier that I've now got someone I can call. I'm very pleased with how easy it was to order it and how quickly it came. Very satisfied with their service.
