We bought the life connect alarm from a recommendation from a health professional. We explained when we took it out that mobile signal wasn't good and there was no Internet to the property. Yet we were sent a machine that wasn't right. On 3 occasions we contacted yourselves about the alarm not working including once when my father in law had needed to use it. Noone suggested moving to one that worked from the phone line until this last time of contacting. Then the new machine turns up and wouldn't work and instead of someone getting back to me that day as promised my father in law was yet again left for a weekend with no life line. The family have been left with what should have been complete peace of mind to now wondering if it will ever work if he actually needs it. The staff we talked to have been contradictory and at times unhelpful. I sincerely hope now that this latest equipment will work when he most needs it.

For home use, LifeConnect24 has to be one of the best health support units available. Behind this, is a truly amazing support group, always welcoming, and willing to help. If there are any issues, it's very likely the poor communications, especially where mobile cells are weak, and landlines are stretched, totally not down to LifeConnect24, but still they will do their best. Thank you for your support.

Customer service virtually non existant. Three attempts to call by phone went unanswered after several minutes on different days. Tech support eventually responded to a request I placed through the emergenc number at the second attempt. Emergency team always answered our call, but a little slow. But at least they answered!

Good: the machine arrived very quickly. Office friendly and considerate Not so good: reception when trying to talk to office, very noisy, could not hear instructions Our problem: user cannot speak so method of reporting problem will not work. our vonnage phone line may be making reply more difficult Thank you for trying.

Excelent service, pre-sales advice was helpful and comprehensive. Device was delivered and set-up within 48 hours. After-sales customer service is outstanding. Device easy to set-up and use. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service! Just received a new unit and pendant when installing pendant did not recognise the lifeline phone number rang there help line and this was soon sorted.

Extremely impressed with this service, from ordering through to delivery and setting up of equipment. Bought for my 89 year old father who has started to find some difficulty getting around his flat and has had a number of falls, but being stubborn insists on continuing to live his own life to the full in his wn familiar surroundings Set up of equipment was easy with clear instructions and helpful staff interaction during the testing stages. Although initial delays were encountered, which was a little disconcerting, but it was explained they were dealing with a large volume of calls, and were most apologetic. We added the fall detection service for peace of mind. Father rather likes that he gets a good morning check up every morning since installation, thus making sure that he is okay. I would reccomend installing a key safe thus allowing access to emergency services if the choosen listed contacts are uncontactable and it is necessary for emergency staff to gain access if necessary. Overall we are very satisfied.

Ordered my mum’s Lifeline Wednesday afternoon, it arrived Thursday morning and was installed and tested on the Saturday. Very easy for my mum to use. Everyone we have dealt with have been great and very helpful. It has certainly given me peace of mind.
