“Excellent website with well-presented information and helpful videos. The order process was easy to complete, but of necessity, the personal details were comprehensive. I live in the Scottish Highlands and I was amazed that Lifeline24 fulfilled the free next day delivery service as promised. The Installation Instructions were easy to follow even for a 78 years old like myself , and on pressing the 'Alarm' button for testing, it was so reassuring to be greeted by name. A couple of days later, I even received a 'Best Wishes' message on my Birthday. I will have no hesitation in recommending this excellent product and service to my elderly friends and neighbours. What Price do you put on 'Peace of Mind' for myself and my wife who cares for me?”

“I have only had for few days bought for my mother in law . But the test process and connecting to the operators for quick and clear. The four operators I spoke to were kind and patient. It has given her snd the test of the family a bit of peace of mind that in the event she may fall she can alert help easily. Even better with the fall detector, if she was unconscious we now that help will be in its way. I think very important and positive service to help people stay safe in their own homes.”

“Very pleased to finally get an alarm for my mother who’s now living alone. However I am a bit concerned that it took over 30 seconds for someone to respond when doing the alarm first test. Also plugging it all in and setting up the base unit took 2 goes as it was complicated. The instructions in the booklet did not explain the 2nd stage of how to connect the unit to the phone. Anyway it’s all sorted now and we hope never to have to use it for an emergency.”

“Did not get the £15. M&S voucher Cannot install it because I cannot find the form I need to fill in Can you help please I gave up my council run alarm which was exactly the same as yours so now I am without a working alarm”
