“Brilliant piece of kit for my elderly mother. Bringing piece of mind to both herself and our family should she ever need urgent assistance if ever she has a 'fall'. Very easy to set up and install and the staff in the lifeline centre were really nice and helpful whilst conducting the 'test calls' on initial installation.”

“The service from LIFELINE24 has been first class, from setting up to testing, and also dealt well with a false alarm situation arising from a power cut. It's great to know there is always someone at the end of the line to "be there" should an incident occur. Highly reccommended.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM LIFELINE24, find another company. They do not spell out clearly their zero refund policy. Read carefully the excellent review by Andrew Excelby who reluctantly had to award one star because there is no zero star category. And if there was, I would join him too.”

Our policy is that was all plans and purchases you have 30 days in which to return the item for a refund. You also have 30days after any renewal payment is made. “Very quick in getting pendant & being able to set it working.Feel confident in going out gives me peace of mind.Easy to wear nice to know it works in the garden”

“After having a safety system that required you to wear a pendant around your neck that I didn't like I am now VERY happy with LifeLine 24 I don't have it wrapped around my neck in bed and it is not banging on anything that I go near.”
