“Gives peace of mind that help is within contact should the need arise. It would be useful if in the instructions it mentioned that the Vibby Fall Detector had two lights red and green which were displayed when the button was pressed and the meanings of each light”

“Response and advice about the system was clear and helpful Ordering and delivery simple and speedy Installation information was well presented and relatively straight forward Testing and response is efficient, friendly and reassuring This is the third family member to have Lifeline installed and it has proved to give reassurance and help when needed in each case for both the user and their family I am happy to recommend Lifeline”

“The life line gives me and my parents peace of mind. The call quality does however suffer from some noise which means it might sometimes be difficult to hear the call centre, especially when they are dealing with someone who is deaf.”

“It has given me real peace of mind knowing my dad has someone keeping watch if I am not around. To be honest I did try another personal alarm company before Lifeline 24 but after four weeks waiting I gave up. I ordered the fall alarm from Lifeline 24 online and 12 hours later it had been delivered & I had it connected and tested. I now have confidence if anything happens to dad if I am out someone is there to make sure he gets help. Brilliant product and service.”

“The lifeline turned up the next day after ordering and 10 minutes after opening the box the lifeline was installed by a family member who is not technical in any way, making installation extremely easy for a complete novice. A few test calls later using the pendant and everything was setup. Now I have complete peace of mind.”
