“I got this for my elderly father. It arrived in less than 24 hours . Very easy to set up and the test calls were answered within a minute. Very efficient service . I am glad I got this and it is not expensive for such a good service.”

We hope that the alarm has now been installed and tested and that the system is providing you with peace of mind. Returning to the installation, the system is referred to as a plug and play system due to the pre-programming of the alarm that we complete before dispatching the equipment; however, we understand that each home wiring and set up is different, and sometimes the installation may pose unforeseen difficulties. We are, however, happy to help with any technical issues that may arise here at customer services and are open from 8am until 10pm on the weekdays and 9am-5pm on the weekends for your convenience. “Ordered mid afternoon and still delivered next day even though it was the Saturday before Christmas! I called to discuss the product before buying it for a relative. The staff were very helpful and informative. The product was very easy to set up and again the staff were very helpful. Good value for money and seems to do "exactly what it says on the tin". Would certainly recommend it to others”
