“Excellent service,rang before 5pm, arrived 10.30am the next day.very helpful sales lady, very easy to fit. Gives us all peace of mind if my father was to have a fall, there is help at a press of a button.”

“Lady on the phone was very helpful when ordering. Parcel arrived very quickly, VERY easy to set up in minutes, checking that it was working ok was very straightforward and every person we've spoken to has been really helpful. I would definitely recommend Lifeline to anyone with vulnerable older parents.”

“My first telephone call to Lifeline provided all the information I needed to make a decision about ordering. The personal information required was easy to complete via email and the equipment arrived when I was told it would. Delivery advice gave advance warning of the approximate time of delivery which was very helpful, equipment arrived within the stated time frame. I have already recommended Lifeline to a friend.”

“The staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and straight forward. Delivery of my lifeline arrived very quickly much to my relief. Set up was quick and easy for someone who isn't the best with today's technology! Thank you.”

“Not being very technical we thought we would have to leave it to our son to set up the lifeine - we managed to set it up ourselves but the last bit we left to our son as it sounded complicated. Everythng fine now.”

“THE LIFELINE ALARM KIT ARRIVED QUICKLY. THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP SHOWED EXCELLENT DIAGRAMS BUT THE PROCESS OF CONNECTION WAS CONFUSING BECAUSE THE THE WIRING OR THE BASE UNIT HAD ALREADY BEEN CONNECTED. THERE IS A NEED TO PRINT NEW INSTRUCTIONS FOR A PRE-WIRED BASE UNIT. ON LINE ORDERING WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD.”
