“I'm happy because I had 2 falls in one week before getting Lifeline, now I feel safe & know if I fall again, all I have to do is use my alarm and help will be at the end of the phone.”

“Having only had the system installed for a few days, and having set the alarm off accidentally, I was immediately called by the monitoring team to check on my wellbeing. I feel very secure in the knowledge that they are constantly on hand , which makes me very secure in my own home. Thank you”

“The advisers I spoke to were very polite, patient and helpful. Service was very quick and the system was easy to set up- if I found it easy at 81 anyone will. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifeline24 to anyone I know who would benefit from it. Thank you I now feel much safer”

“Next day delivery . Very easy to set up and the testing of the alarm. Lovely people in the control room when responding to the alarm , very kind and considerate. This has given me a sense of security regarding my recent health issues. Though I’m probably in the younger age group to have a Lifeline alarm I feel able to continue living independently more safely”

“Not really had time to say how good it’s only been a week from receiving it. On just the one occasion my mom thought there was a fire as she is hallucinating a lot and the call centre were brilliant with her, well done call centre.”

“delivery next day. easy to install. The ladies who help me test it were great and seemed genuinely happy to help. The loud speaker is excellent and could hear it clearly. Anybody thinking of an alarm should join Lifeline24 .”

“When selecting various peoples contact numbers to add to the call list, if they do not have an email address, which in one instance my sister does not, then you are unable to complete the online form, therefore, a drop down box with (NO email) would be helpful. Apart from that, it was easy to install and set up.”

“I have just signed up my elderly mother with Lifeline24. Fortunately, she hasn’t had to use it yet so I cannot comment on its effectiveness. However, I have been very impressed with what was offered and the price and the help I received in setting up the system. In addition the speed of delivery, especially under the current lockdown conditions, was impressive.”

“Very quick delivery, I was pleased I was able to set it up myself. I am not sure if both of the buttons work as one did not when I first tested them hoping it will work when it is tested again. How will I know when it needs tested again ? Thankyou”
