Swift delivery and easy to set the units up. The registration forms dont work well for 2 people sharing a house and seem to assume that the alarm is only for one person

It arrived on time and if everything is to hand then it is fairly easy to install. The testing went well with prompt answers and reassuring voices at the other end. I will now feel much more relaxed on the occasions my husband is at home on his own, thank you lifeline

I wanted an alarm for my Dad to use so searched online through various options. I chose Lifeline 24 because of the competitive price and the service provided . Arrived within 24 hours on a Saturday morning. The alarm box was easy to set up and the staff I spoke to were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Dad has not had the need to use the alarm fortunately so I cannot comment on the response to an alarm activation. You will need to commit to a direct debit and pay 3 months in advance plus set up fee. This cost me £72.47

From start arranging delivery to the test call, everyone was very helpful,knew what they were talking about, just great! Now I feel so much happier knowing my Mum can get help quick if she needs it,after her recent fall, and getting a fracture in her arm, she feels a much safer about getting up about again. Thank you.

Order came the next day. I fitted the Lifeline, filled in the Online details needed for set up. Waited 24 hours to test, no problems. I was asked if I'd like to pay quarterly or annually, but all other leaflets say monthly? I would have preferred monthly. I phoned back a few days later once we'd had our keysafe fitted, and provided Lifeline with the code to be passed to Emergency Services. Other than that, good service.

Have only just purchased alarm for my father. Really easy to order online, arrived in post very quickly. It is also very easy to set up. Not had to use it yet but see no reason why this shouldn’t be excellent as well.

I'm loving the wrist band. I once set it off by accident... My house phone is in the lounge and I heard it from my bedroom. The operater was so friendly that I'm sure she would be comforting to anyone in distress!

Everything was as described on the internet. Before purchasing I rang to ask some questions and they were really helpful. Pack and equipment came next day, I completed the questionnaire and was up and running really quickly, it was simple to install. The tests were very good,everything worked as it should. My mother has pressed the alarm accidently but they were very good with her when she explained it was a false alarm. Overall, very impressed so far.

I liked the feeling I got when I looked at the website and so I signed up. I found everything was straight forward and have peace of mind. The company had my details processed so quickly and all the equipment I need arrived next day, as promised.
