Triedthe Pendant but found it too sensitive so will now try the wrist. If this is similar will move the alarm with me when I go to strategic points here at home. Like Bathroom, Lounge, Bedroom etc. Not perfect but better than nothing! Thank You Peter Lucas

I am not happy I can't hear when you call back if I am out of the room the monitor is in, so I will still have to carry my mobile phone with me so you don't disturb my key holders if there is no need. I was told by my friend who has one that she can hear hers up in her bedroom so she must have a better one than what I picked, I will see how it goes this year as I have paid for the year but might think of changing to what my friend has next year. I would think a lot of your customers are hard of hearing so the volume should be better than what it is

New digital base unit arrived promptly,I had to wait a couple of days to get some help to connect it.Conducted a test call then another call from out in the garden, everything worked ok.

This was a replacement as I was so fed up with having so many false alarms. The replacement came promptly and Matilda talked me through putting it together. I had asked for the previous one to have the sensitivity lessoned. The replacement went off/false alarm less than 24 hours after being set up. When it went off falsely about 7 hours later I asked Customer Services to reduce the sensitivity of the new one!!! This was duly done, and so far so good. I decided to buy a personal alarm as I have now passed the age when my husband fell down the stairs & knocked himself out. Luckily I heard him. He has since died & I live alone. ( I could not write this below)

Got the address wrong and sent the equipment to the wrong address. This meant 1 she didn’t get the equipment and 2 the address was wrong should there be an emergency. They were very good about sending another out but it wasn’t in the promised timescale

I'm sharing my experience with the hope of helping others. After falling victim to a devastating crypto scam, I lost $150,000. Despite trying various companies, none were able to assist me.
