“I made contact on behalf of my father as he had just been released from hospital. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she could not have been more helpful, explaining everything and giving me the details. I signed up for a years contract and early next day all the relevant equipment arrived. After buying my father some new phones I was able to set the system up in minutes, and when I tested it as required, the person I spoke to was positive and cheerful telling me they could be contacted at any time, even if only to test the system. it was all very re-assuring.”

“Not only was the service clear, quick & efficient - within 72 hours of installation my Mother had a life threatening incident that necessitated her hospitalisation. Without Lifeline24 the outcome could have been very different. The service has been so impressive that two of her friends (in their 80's) should by now have processed orders themselves!!”
