Initial setup was straight forward and helped by your excellent call centre staff. So far so good! Hopefully, it will not need to be used in anger!

Pendant works well when operated manually, however it rarely works automatically in a fall which was its main selling point. Operators were very helpful and professional

Lifeline has given me back my independence so I can continue to live in my own home safely. The box arrived the very next day and it was so easy for my daughter to set up. Thank you

Purchased this for my mother who began falling over quite frequently. Arrived quickly, easy to set up and test. Hoping it won't be needed but gives her some peace mind. Also bought a key safe at the same time so emergency services can get access if we are away. Felt this was a very affordable safeguard.

It was very easy to set up and the operators were very helpful and friendly when I was setting up the tests. The pendant is very easy to wear, and gives me and my family peace of mind that help will be there should I ever need it.

Unit arrived the next day and was easy to set up. The people who answered the unit on set up were all friendly and helpful. Really good value - another alarm supplier had tried to frighten my mum into spending over £1000 a year so I cannot thank Lifeline enough for their service.

Placed order Tuesday 19th to be delivered to my work address, it was delivered to my home address. Called them on the Wednesday to arrange the delivery to be to my work address again, attempted delivery at my home address. Still not received and now can't get through again. My mum is still at risk so will have to find another device which will hopefully arrive. Shocking service.

Your complaint has been reviewed by our management team and will be followed up to ensure this does not happen again. I can see that you have spoken with our customer service team who have arranged for a replacement alarm to be sent out to the correct address. The peace of mind this little red button has given me already, and indeed the peace of mind to my family to priceless beyond words. It was so easy to set up and the voices on the other end so friendly. I can be home alone on the knowledge that help is an my wrist.

The lifeline arrived very promptly. Once it was set up and tested, the staff were very effecient and helpful. Feel happy in the knowledge that my father is in safe hands if there is ever an emergency or false alarm.
