“All went well, the ordering was fast and easy staff were very good to talk to. The lifeline was easy to set up, a quick test and was working five minutes of it arriving. Very pleased.”

“Ordered on Friday. Arrived on Saturday. Set it up. Made the checks with a lovely telephone support operator 'Clive' and talked it through with 'Mum' who feels more secure. All according to the easy to understand instructions. This, along with a good annual price, means a satisfied customer. Thank you.”

“Life Line ordered, arrived with 48 hours and easy to install. My 90 year old father is frighten of falling so didn't move out of his chair much, the Lifeline has given him confidence, knowing he can easily get help if needed. ideal for all elderly persons living alone.”

“The very nice lady I spoke to was so helpful she knew her job very well. I was not sure which one to go for she helped not that it was because it was expensive one it fitted me well. I decided to go for fall box as I have epilepsy also have falls. Can’t wait until tomorrow when it arrives so my husband can put it in . Will give me a peace of mind.”
