“Life Line ordered, arrived with 48 hours and easy to install. My 90 year old father is frighten of falling so didn't move out of his chair much, the Lifeline has given him confidence, knowing he can easily get help if needed. ideal for all elderly persons living alone.”

“The very nice lady I spoke to was so helpful she knew her job very well. I was not sure which one to go for she helped not that it was because it was expensive one it fitted me well. I decided to go for fall box as I have epilepsy also have falls. Can’t wait until tomorrow when it arrives so my husband can put it in . Will give me a peace of mind.”

“Lifeline 24 couldn’t be simpler to arrange and set up. It took me all of 10 mins to set box up and then did the required tests and that was it. Nice and reassuring to know that I can call any time 24hours a day for help or assistance if needed, gives me back my independence.”

“I purchased this after my mother had a fall. I was really pleased with how simple it was to order and the peace of mind it has given. Mum is also more confident knowing help is at hand in an emergency. She is 100 years young and very independent. Lifeline was simple to install and test and would highly recommend it.”

“I found signing up to Lifeline24 very easy indeed. I had resisted doing this for some time and then realised I was being stupid. I telephoned them and spoke to a very nice gentleman who signed me up in no time at all. My equipment came the next day and I found it very easy to set up. Now I feel so much more secure and would recommend this to anyone living alone.”

“Have only just purchased Lifeline Vi Alarm and set up was very easy. Call centre staff were very friendly and patient while we did the set up tests. Think it will give a lot of peace of mind to me and my family.”

“Very helpful company to deal with.. Please correct my christian name spelling which is Derek (not the crane) Derrick. Dealt with the order very efficiently and sent a receipt for the initial payment same day. I filled in the 'Alarm User's Details' document on line which was very straight forward. Received package the next day (Saturday) Set up System on the Monday. Very helpful lady in the call centre when carrying out the installation tests, which were all satisfactory. However at that stage the account did not appear to have been set up.”
