“It was very quick and easy to instal. I expected to find the alarm round my neck a nuisance but I forget that it is there. Thankfully I have yet to make use of it but judging by the test call the response was very prompt and efficient.”

“Living some distance from my recently widowed mother has been a source of anxiety for the family. The Lifeline 24 was easy to set up and has been received appreciatively by my Mum. Initially Mum was finding it easy to cause false alarms with the pendant, there was no fault, it just happened to sit at the exact height of the kitchen worktop but this was solved by a free swap to the bracelet type. Thanks for this very good service.”

“Dispatch was lightning quick-arrived the next day! Even though our mother lives minutes away I now feel like someone has a constant watch over her. She has fallen before and fortunately she had her phone on her and was lucky enough to have a signal that day but now we all (including her) feel comforted having this device-just in case...”

“The machine was obviously second hand so consumers please be aware these are preused machines. Difficult to set up in that the pictures did not match the wires. There were four entry points on the back of the machine for two connectors. The machine had a repetitive robotic voice staing "Machine is not connected". This continued over and over. Also, even though we did not actually set the machine up before returning it we were charged the set up fee ( non refundable). This set up may suit some people but how elderly people manage to do it themselves, I don't know. We've decided to let my elderly mother carry her hands free phone around with her in her tabard pocket, then if anything untoward happens she can just press the programmed 1,2 etc to connect with various family members. More convenient plus no robotic voice to contend with.”

We provide new equipment to all of our customers and should any of the sent equipment arrive transit damaged we would happily issue a replacement. On a very rare occasion set up of our equipment would vary from the instructions provided due to the complex telephone set up at the customer's home. “Initial enquiry was via the live chat. Very efficient. Called the helpline to instigate purchase. Very nice lady helped me and talked me through the whole process. When we set up the alarm it was so easy and again very helpful staff talked us through everything.”

“I got it for my 91 year old elderly mother who had a fall couple months ago and broke her hip, luckily she managed to phone me and is now back at her home after a stay in hospital. Anyway, for peace of mind for myself and my mother i got a lifeline 24 for her.........hopefully will never have need to use it but it's there just in case. Very easy to set up!”
