“I had a lifeline when I lived in Kent. I tripped and fell and broke my humerus, I pressed the button and got the help needed. It took four months to get my arm fixed! That is why now have a new lifeline as I have now moved to live with my daughter in Spalding and as everyone here goes out to work/school I really need one!”

“Hi Sorry but I’m not sure that the set up was ok , not very happy with the feed back & we’ve still not put Mums key number thro to the office. Each time I phone up they say do it thro email? Going to try again today”

“At 74 yrs old and just out of hospital I am in no condition to even think about trying to put together all the things necessary to activate your "wonderful" product. I have read and understood all the literature but unfortunately fallen at the first hurdle, so thank you for nothing Eddie”

“We bought the Lifeline24 for my Mum, I have to say it was so easy to set up for her, I’m not good with electrical equipment but this was great! The staff at the call centre were fab so friendly and helpful. Thank you Lifeline24 for giving me peace of mind.”

“My daughter set up the Lifeline for me with no problems at all. The staff were helpful and polite throughout the process. She doesn't think I need an alarm at all, but for me it's peace of mind for those times when her busy working life takes her over, not to mention her 3 children and husband.”

“staff are very very friendly there was a fault in the first box but was corrected the next day which was very refreshing to see the kind of service Lifline24 set the standard. sound is very clear and no more the 1 Minuit to response which is very good. i swap to life line because my other provider took 2 weeks to acknowledge the fault and after 2 week they offer to replace the then i lost faith in my previous provider and moved to Lifline24 and the service is excellent this is my experience and thank you LifeLine24”
