“I bought a lifeline, which was delivered on time.I I am not able to set it up. I understood that the.. cost covered the set up if this is not the case I would like to return it and get a redund”

“Luckily I haven't needed the service yet, but I have triggered it 5 times inadvertently, and my neighbours have duly appeared (once at 4.30 a.m.due to my wearing it in bed, which I no longer do ! - though I leave it on the bedside table, and put it in my pyjama pocket when I visit the toilet). It has been through the washing machine twice (inadvertently again ; see above !) and still worked each time. I've used it wrongly so many times that I've only done the monthly test a few times, but each of these were answered quickly.”

“Order system very easy, discussion with lady on telephone was very clear when ordering. Annual fee plus setup paid by card and a details form was emailed to me very quickly to enable return so system could be set up prior to despatch. The equipment was received before 09.00 the following day and setup, ncluding testing presented no problems. All in all a very satisfactory transaction.”

“Lifeline has been a real saviour to me on a couple of occasions, living on my own I need the reassurance of knowing if I fall within minutes the paramedics arrive, without lifeline I could have been on the floor for hours,”

“The peace of mind i receive from having the disc around my neck, knowing that if needs be, there is Lifeline there to help me. “Carefully researched the net for a dedicated personal alarm company. Very impressed with accurate and fast service, received the alarm within time stated by Lifeline24. Installation took 15 minutes including testing. Polite and helpful monitoring and office staff. Quality equipment. Made the right choice”

“Not actually had to use the alarm yet and long may that continue. We got it for my 93 yr old stepfather who has recently had a few falls. He now feels more confident on the odd times he is on his own. It also enables my Mother to go out occasionally knowing that if a problems occurs help is not too far away. I was very impressed with the speedy delivery and found it easy to set it up. My confidence in the product was further enhanced when it became apparent I had made a mistake with one of the contact mobile numbers I had provided. Lifeline immediately realised this and contacted the person on their landline and rectified my mistake. So far A+”
