I have only had to use my Lifeline alarm once in the past year, It really was a god send. The prompt response by the operator got me the help i needed. They are always very polite and the reassurance they give is wonderful. Having my Lifeline alarm has given me the confidence to continue to live alone. Also my family are reassured that i can summon help at the touch of a button. Thank you. Margaret

Fortunately my mother has not had cause to use this facility yet, however it is reassuring for her, and us to know that it is available if required

Very good telephone service, both on initial purchase and subsequent renewal. Easy to install and test. It has been used twice to summon assistance and the equipment worked well and the service received from the call centre polite and understanding.

The system was easy to install and the advice I received on the telephone beforehand was very helpful. Having been a bit reluctant to have a lifeline, my mother now sees that it is a way for her to keep her independence and is very pleased to have it. For me, her daughter who lives some distance away, it gives me peace of mind.

Ordered one day then received the next day. Set up was really easy with some friendly operators at the other end of the phone. Peace of mind to know that if my husband falls over then help will soon be at hand.

Easy to buy, install and use, my father and I are very happy we picked the lifeline personal alarm, particularly the piece of mind and independence my father can continue to enjoy.

I am very pleased with Lifeline 24. The carers are extremely pleasant and helpful and the products have proven very useful. All seems to be going well with my getting stronger quicker. Thank you for all of the help. Pat Schaefer

when my mum dialled to test equipment initially the assistant ended call before we had tested all the phones in the house, she didn't even ask if we had other phones! So i had to call back again and tell them, not great really

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the Care Team's response. The Care Team's system informs them that the initial test call is being made (the first activation) and are happy to spend as much time as needed completing the tests - it is however difficult for them if lots of genuine alarm calls are being raised at the same time - in which case they need to answer these calls and help the customers in need on the other end. I'm sorry your experience was not satisfactory on this occasion but I do hope you are pleased with the system and I hope we can continue supporting you at home. - Olivia, the Lifeline Team

The service received from your company is wonderful. each month a call check is made to ensure the wrist band battery is working properly, the customer service team are very polite, helpful and cheerful. I feel secure in the knowledge that should that button need to be pressed, help is at hand in a very few minutes. Thank you.

Recommended by social worker but after receiving prompt acknowledgement email for payment (with no contact details on it) information form for client was completed and emailed back as requested but was not acted upon overnight as promised. It took 3 days and numerous phone calls to get service up and running.

I ordered the alarm on a Friday And I installed it for my mother on the Monday. E xcellent prompt response. Staff very responsive to my questions. The alarm arrived when Lifeline said it would. The alarm is straight forward to install . The only thing I would say is that my mother would Not have been able install it on her own as she would have struggled to access the phone point and she would not have been able to see The 3 points on the alarm were the leads fit in . The alarm is simple to use and my mother feels confident in using it. She feels reassured by the alarm.

Having persuaded an elderly , very independent aunt to consider agreeing to the Lifeline after a series of falls ,Holly went through the whole procedure in a clear concise way. Now fitted I feel at ease living quite a distance away knowing there is always someone close by to get assistance should the need arise.
