“I organised the Lifeline24 on behalf of my Mum. I found the process straightforward, clear and simple to complete on line. The equipment arrived the next day, was easy to set up and test. The Lifeline has given myself and my brother peace of mind as we both live a two hour drive away from her.”

“The order process was straight forwardand delivery was next day . From taking it out of the box I had installed and completed the two succesful test calls in about 20 minutes. I am perfectly happy with the whole process and service and I think my father is now very happy to have it in place .He lives in a house only 20 m from my house but if he had a problem without this system I would not know .”

“Yes the life line arrived as promised the following day.On tesing it there was immediate responce, very impressive, would love to know how you knew it was me, Fortunately I haven't had to use in an emegency, but just having it ,gives great peace of mind. I have told my friends about it too.Than you C Holland”

“Excellent service from first enquiry, delivery next day and easy set up. Very small box which fits just under the TV on the shelf. Brilliant. When testing the alarm, very good customer service. Haven't used the service in case of an emergency yet (and hopefully we won't have to).”

“lifeline 24 is just what it says its given me piece of mind knowing there is someone i can contact in the need of emergency inside and also when i am in the garden very pleased was easy to set up and only a couple of pounds a week would not be without my lifeline now wished i had done it sooner.”

“Ordering was remarkably straight forward. As promised the package arrived the following day. I had some slight difficulty enabling the system to work. I received patient and friendly help from the centre and was able to test the system. Everything is working well. Many thanks.”

“Since receiving my lifeline alarm it has taken a lot of worry off my daughters shoulders and I feel safe knowing that I only have to press the button to talk to somebody when I feel unwell. Knowing there is someone at lifeline to talk to at any time is very reassuring. I would highly recommend it, even if I never have to use it, just for the peace of mind.”

“I was very suprized at the speed which an enquireing phone call to be comming a member took, No time at all. Yes it makes a difference to both myself and my family knowing that I am covered . It's so simple and easy to use which is a good thing. Yes very pleased and glad I became a member.”
