“The system is exactly what I expected however ordered an additional pendant which didn’t turn up so had to wait additional 2 days. When pendant arrived it didn’t work, this then had to be paired with the main unit. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my family help can’t imagine what I would have done without help.”

“I ordered this for my mother in law but have cancelled it as it does not have a facility for someone to go out to assist her if she falls which is very disappointing. Just a middle man to phone us if we were needed. Have now gone to an alternative provider who does that. Can’t see the point of this product”

“Very professional and friendly staff really helpful and spent time to explain all the details of the alarm how it worked and the various plans available alarm arrived as promised next day set up very easy my dad feels a lot more safe in the knowledge that there will be someone there to help him thank you would definitely recommend”

“I bought a Fallsafe for my 94yr old Mother and are very pleased. The product arrived very quickly and the staff are extremely helpful and polite even when it is accidentally set off. I would have given the watch 5 stars, but for the fact that I thought it came with a neck strap that it could be interchanged with. It has to be either a watchstrap or a pendant it is not interchangeable without sending back to the company.”

“Unhappy with their return and refund policy. My Mum used Lifeline24 for more than a year, then sadly passed away. I returned the hardware but was not offered a refund for the remaining 9 months on her second year’s contract. I chose to pay for an annual policy and wish I had paid monthly, it would have been easier to cancel without any penalty. Eventually I managed to get about a third of the money back but had to fight hard. Beware.”
