“We did a great deal of research on-line before deciding to use Lifeline 24 but, on the showing so far, are very glad that we did so. The equipment, as promised, arrived within a day and was extremely easy to set up (the written instructions were unusually simple to follow, and the whole procedure very intuitive). Then came the necessary initialising tests (as described on those 'joining instructions'); the calm, professional and extremely supportive voices at Lifeline 24 were most reassuring. The proof of the pudding will, of course, be when/if the equipment needs to be used 'in earnest'. But, on all that we have seen thus far, we seem to be in extremely safe and caring hands. Thank you.”

“Prompt delivery service and easy to install this machine for my mother. Gives all the family peace of mind that she will be safe should an accident occur and that family/emergency services will be able to attend to her. Machine is compact and pendant is a good size, not bulky. Voice at other end of machine is loud and easy to understand. Would recommend to any person living alone and vulnerable.”

“This Life Line 24 was purchased for my father in law, who really had had a bad time in not been able to make contact with anyone when he was really ill. When he was better he was very scared of being left on his own, though his friends were only a little way off. When he received his Life Line & really understood what it could do when he needed it , he was really overjoyed with it . It was easy to install, the checking response was excellent. The other thing is that as well as he being very happy, so were his friends & family - knowing that they were able to be contacted should he need help or assistance.”
