“I was not happy when within five minutes of taking delivery I had a call from somebody telling me they were from Lifeline 24 and wanting to talk about the accident I'd had.”

“Response and delivery was fast, installation easy. I wear my pendant on my wrist and never remove it, the button being inset it cannot be depressed accidently. Shower proof (really is) means I wear in the shower one of the places I could easily fall so wouldnt be much good leaving it on a shelf outside the shower, Am pleased with my alarm and feel much safer and my family are happier and more relaxed.”

“We are very pleased with the service. we have used the service once already when an ambulance was called after a fall. When we joined life line 24 it was recomended by Mrs Shirley George of Crick and we understood that she would receive some gift vouchers, unfortunately she has received nothing as of yet. Regards Mr W Balthazar”

“pleased with the speed and efficiency of the life line unit from time of placing order to delivery and guided installation process via your help line telephone advisor. hopefully I will not have cause to use this but it is certainly reassuring to me and those close to me that should the need arise, help is at hand and available to me at the click of my pendant.”

“I bought Lifeline 24 for my Dad and it gives peace of mind for both of us. I live quite a distance away and as his illness progressed became more worried should anything happen on the few occasions he is alone. At first he resisted the idea but now happily admits to feeling a lot more secure knowing help could be there very quickly. When he tests his system he always comments to me how friendly the voice is at the other end and how assured it makes him feel. His own father spent a night collapsed on the floor many years ago and he is happy that he has the means to call for help if it is needed and this will not happen to him.”

“The purchase of the Lifeline was excellent from start to finish. The online purchase process is easy to follow. The delivery arrived the next day. The set up was easy and the people I spoke to during the testing process were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Lifeline to everyone.”
