What an excellent piece of equipment. We have tried to persuade our mum to try the Vibby for a good few months now. Finally she agreed and oh my what peace of mind it gives us. Thankfully other than the initial test we haven’t had to use it but at least we can sleep at night without worrying what the next morning might bring. I have to mention very efficient and polite, friendly staff that picked up our calls when setting up. Happy all round.

The equipment arrived very quickly and has been installed and tested. Very helpful staff and everything is looking good,I am very happy with everything just hope I don’t have to use the alarm system in the near future.However there is great peace of mind should it be necessary. It arrived the next day as promised. I ordered the pendant for my father due to him being on an end of life plan and he had fallen twice. Easy to set up and test. The form was a bit long winded but I can understand why.

I hope I will not need to use Lifeline but I get great comfort that if I do help will be there. I am in my seventies and found it easy to set up. Thank you.

Ordered Lifeline24 and received promptly as promised. But unable to test and start using as still have not received email to confirm we can. I didn’t realise at time of purchase that it can take 48 hours to process online form. It has been 36 hours wait so far. Have received email asking for review before confirmation email.

Very disappointed with the set up. I took a lot of time and trouble to enter my aunt's details on line. When we first tested the alarm we were told no details were registered and it couldn't be used. Went home and called Lifeline24 and were told that the details were all there and they would check with the call centre to find out why they didn't have them. Phoned to test things yesterday and the call centre lady left us to deal with another call. Think we're set up now but who knows!.Joyce

At 87 years of age I have succumbed to my daughter's pressure to have Lifeline service. The service has been excellent so far althought I have not had to call for assistance but I do have the added security of knowing help is now on call. Thank you

Initially after registering the device online we were notified we would be informed this was complete before we could install the device. We did not get confirmation and had to ring up a week after registering to find out if it had been done. Also the initial call to set up and test the device when connected was somewhat confusing, especially had my father been on his own as he suffers with dementia. The instructions were not clear and simple as to what to do. It felt as though we were being rushed through the process.

arrived next day easy to set up very pleased , mum not yet had to use it hope she never does but peace of mind it gives to know help wont be hours away when needed.

On first call from a fall I was left on the floor, for 5hrs ambulance diverted ,no one on my emergency list was called to help me I had a cut hand ,i pressed the life line button a lot in panic ,still none of my family or friends on my list were called, I had only just come out of hospital .from a previous fall ,my daughter got this for me for peace of mind that help would come quicker with me having this system .so far this has not been the case and not a good start .

Very easy orderering process, Fast and prompt delivery. Set up is very simple, instructions easy to follow. I also ordered a key safe which is something that we hadn’t considered, great advise from Lifeline. Has given me great peace of mind. thank you.

Excellent service. The alarm came as promised on the following day after ordering. The pendant is small so is not bulky to wear. All the people I spoke to at Lifeline24 were very polite and helpful. So glad I purchased this I feel so much safer in my home and know there's someone to speak to within seconds should I need help at anytime day or night. Highly recommended.

Had a problem as machine kept saying battery was low. Very helpful lady said they would send new power point, it came in 48hours . Hope
