“I was a little worried about having to set it up myself, but it was really simple and very well explained in the instructions. All the different members of staff I spoke to from the original purchase to all the different tests you need to run we’re all so very helpful. I am really pleased that I chose Lifeline.”

“I ordered this for my disabled brother who lives alone. He is delighted with it. It arrived quickly, and was very easy to install. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Similarly, the four stage set up test was also very straight forward, and my brother found this vocal interaction with Lifeline 24 staff very reassuring. Great product and excellent service so far.”

“Right from the moment they answered the telephone to the prompt delivery the next day easy to install and then the 3 test to make sure the set up was working . Make sure you have all medical information to hand along with telephone numbers and by the next day you will have peace of mind.”

“I have recently purchased Lifeline 24 for my Mother in Law after she had a fall and broke her arm. She now has the confidence to go and potter round her beloved garden again knowing that someone is always there if she needs them. We found everything from delivery, set up and the friendly call centre staff very easy to understand .”
