Your Lifeline 24 was of no use to me as it could not connect to an EE Signal. Has I known this was the case I would not have ordered it in the first place as I had changed my Mobile phone to O2 because of the very poor service from the EE signal. I did receive two calls on seperate days from you to check if I was OK, this was whilst the Pendant etc was in transit after being posted back to you so, like my phone whilst with EE, it worked well outdoors but not at home. I would be grateful if you would inform me when you receive the returned pendant and when my full refund ha b een placed in my bank. Thank you Pam Hammer

First pendant was faulty, but the 2nd delivers the following day worked fine. I've been impressed by the call centre staff - very professional & understanding. Thank you.

I have had a Lifeline 24 for some years now but was getting concerned as what was to happen when all Land Lines were withdrawn. I called Lifeline 24 about this and was sent a new Alarm Box which plugs directly into an electricity supply, without the need for a phone line connection. The new box came very promptly and seems to be working as it should. I have had it checked, together with the wrist button.

Ordered on Wednesday delivered on Thursday easy set up process with great support from the customer service team, had cause to use it on the weekend excellent service thankfully turned out to be false alarm but gave confidence the the system works if required. Very pleased with service and the peace of mind it provides to family

We recently had a call from you guys and transferred over to through the internet was very easy to set up the box All was tested and very patient call operators very impressed with the level of service and the support they give
