“The new alarm unit looks good but I am unable to test it until the telecom change to the new system. So far we have been informed that the new system is going to happen but no date has been given. Knowing how these things can take a long time I will not be holding my breath! I will return the old unit when I am satisfied that the new unit is working correctly. Thanks, Jim Brown (Freda's eldest son)”

“The alarm came the next day after I ordered it. It gave me piece of mind that I can stay in my home and be as independent as possible.I needed to purchase an alarm because at the weekend 25th November I had fallen over and couldn't get up.I had no means of contacting anyone.”
