“The alarm arrived quickly and was easy to install. However, despite the indications in the manual, it appears not possible to register the customer detail over the phone and one has to fill in the online or postal form. As there is no computer at the installation address, I had to go home and register which resulted in a further visit to carry out the testing and a delay in the service. Everyone at Lifeline24 have proved pleasant and accommodating.”

“Checked similar products out on line L24 website was clear and simple to follow Rang to order and the customer service could not have npbeen nicer due to Kirsty at the other end of the phone I ordered on the Friday PM and paid an extra £20 for Saturday delivery Next day at 11am it landed and by 3pm it was installed and putting it in could not be simpler Again with help of the service team on the other end of the phone it was in and up and running. My Mother felt safer and I'm less stressed about her situation Excellent service from start to finish”

“I ordered our Lifeline24 over the telophone, following a detailed look at the website. My questions were clearly answered and outline details regarding delivery taken over the phone. This was followed promptly be anemail confirming the order and an attached detailed order form which was clearly laid out and easy to complete and return. The Lifeline24 eqipment arrived before 9am next day, it took about 10 minutes to install and about the same time to commission with the help desk. Very pleased with the whole process.”
