“I was very happy with the actual ordering and delivering of the oi roduct. However, when it came to activating the device I found the woman in the call centre very impatient and irritable with us. Since this is a brand new product to us obviously we're not going to know how it works but she was getting really irritated with us and her tone was very abrupt which I really didn't appreciate. I was just glad it wasn't my elderly mother (for whom I purchased the device) never had to deal with this woman because she would have been really upset by her lack of people skills and total irritability.”

“Excellent service setting up the equipment. However I had limited space and found 3 metres of cable a problem to store safely, so as not to be a problem with being caught and dragging the equipment off the shelf. When I asked about supplying a short length or the specification so I could get one made, I was stonewalled by their technical department on their health and safety grounds. Shame as it was my mums health and safety I was trying to protect.”

“I am delighted with service I received from Lifelineline 24. I ordered the alarm on Tuesday afternoon having gone through the pros and cons with a delightful girl on the telephone , ordered it ,and received it next morning.I cancelled my existing one, and having sent my medical history to Lifeline 24 then got the switch on approval. I am 81 and installed it myself, it was so easy.”

“I ordered red buttons for my parents after finding out about you on the internet. I got through straight away each time I rang, I received very clear and helpful information from friendly staff. The buttons arrived when stated and it was easy to connect the box. An all round pleasant experience. Thank you.”
